Their staff is very friendly and professional. I thought they went above and beyond regarding several issues and always produced information with a smile. When I arrived the staff was well prepped and ready to receive me each visit. Dr. Black spent just a few minutes with me on the initial visit, but much more time on the ensuing visits, answering questions until I had no others to ask. A very thorough review of a letter he wrote and detailed descriptions about next steps. A mix-up on blood-work (Blood drawn for lab testing) created exactly what I was trying to prevent, but I cannot fault his staff entirely, as they were trying to produce results and lessen the overall process. Their entire process is well practiced and executed with precession.
