There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. I was given no advice as to why my tooth now aches like its trying to start a mutiny against my mouth. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was completely unsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me, they even billed me twice. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left in pain and feeling very confused and frustrated.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
