I will NEVER set foot in this office again nor would I ever recommend this office to anyone. I initially started seeing Dr. Gallo when I changed jobs and my previous dentist (whom I loved) did not participate with my new insurance. I walked in to the office, and I did feel comfortable - the front desk staff was pleasant, as was my hygienist and my brief meeting with Dr. Gallo was nice. I was happy to have found a new dentist that I was sure to love.

I recommended this office to my mother-in-law, who has Medicare and very few decent dental offices accept what she has. She also has a long list of dental issues, so I was sure she'd love what Dr. Gallo's office had to offer. Well, she went in for her consultation, felt good, and went back for a procedure (temporary caps on her two front teeth), and the caps FELL OFF within an hour of her arriving home. She called the office around 3:00pm on a Friday in a panic, and the receptionist told her to come back down. She was unable to get there until about 4:00, and the office had CLOSED. She tried calling the emergency line, no answer. You would think that as an office, if you KNEW a patient was coming in in an emergency and you didn't see them before you closed, you would confirm that they were still coming before locking the doors and closing for the weekend. She received NO apology on Monday morning when she went back to get her records. Luckily she was able to find another dentist in the area who had (not so shockingly) recently received 2 complaints about Dr. Gallo. I'm due for a cleaning soon and will certainly be transferring my records elsewhere.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They are dropping the insurance I currently have, but I am willing to change my Dental Insurance instead of changing dentists, as my family loves this dentist.
