They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
