From non-surgical, conservative care options to surgical procedures, our physicians are dedicated to finding the right solution for each patient. Because our team of specialist recognizes that each patient and each condition is different, you will receive and individualized treatment plan. We will work with you to offer you as many treatment options as possible and then determine the most appropriate course for your care.

Coastal Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our Physical Therapy department is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and schedules appointments thru lunch hour as well. Please contact the office of your choice to schedule an appointment. We look forward to serving your orthopaedic needs.

I went to see Dr, Palmeri for a problem that I was unable to get resolved by previous Dr’s at another facility. From the time the man walked into the room he had nothing to talk about but weight issue
