Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Dr. Glener did not want to understand or listen to my pain & how it has severely impacted my life in a negative manner. He seems to think that post knee surgery means all is well when in fact I am in constant & debilitating pain! I was sent there due to a workers comp referral so I didn't choose him & if I was you I would GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR! He stated that the hemorrhaged disk in my back is due to me being over weight! I told him I had an MRI one year ago (prior to my accident) and I did not have it then. He did not want to hear my pain, I feel he is not a good listener and is biased or prejudiced against over weight people! ;-((.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their equipment seemed current and up to date. I wasn't worried at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
