They barely helped me during a very scary diagnosis. The staff was hateful. The doctor dismissive. If they had done their job, I would have received medicine faster and would have gotten over my exacerbation faster. Oh, and then there's the cash they demanded vs. doing their job and getting it from the insurance. If I wasn't so very sick, I could have managed them better, but clearly the staff and doctor were not on my side. It took months to clean up the insurance mess they created.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I wasn't worried about their care or equipment at this neurologists office. It was safe and well taken care of and I could tell their standard of care is very high. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
