They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
