The quality of Dr Parnoff's work is excellent and he knows what he is doing. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable in the work being done. My only issue is the time management of the office. It seems like they book too many people and they are never on time. When you visit this doctor, make sure that you have an extra 30 minutes to wait to get into the chair.
