I went into Bright Now Dental because of the coupon. i needed a cleaning and wanted information on mercury fillings replacement which my MD said i needed to get because of an illness. The doc blew off the replacement idea and instead started talking to me about needing braces. i am almost 50 and have no need for braces. Also they did not have a cleaning scheduled for that day and said that i needed a $400+ cleaning, scraping etc....This also was not necessary and when i said i just wanted a regular cleaning they would not oblige...I went to an independent hygenist who cleaned my teeth in less than an hour for $55. BAIT n SWITCH and rip off artists with money grubbing agenda is my opinion of my experience at Bright Now Dental. A company that is not interested in the patients needs ratherits all about making a quick buck for unnecessary and excessive treatment.
