WOW, I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN THERE ONLY SEEMS TO BE 5 STARS TO GIVE BUT, THEY WELL EXCEEDED THEM !!!!! OK HERE GOES!! ON MY ARRIVAL I WAS GREETED BY THE MOST PLEASANT RECEPTIONIST HER SMILE WAS WARM & GENUINE.MY WAIT TIME WAS LESS THEN 10 MINS.( I KNOW RIGHT, UNHEARD OF FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE) .WHEN I WAS BROUGHT BACK TO THE EXAM RM( I AM SO BAD WITH NAMES) BUT I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS SHONDA WHAT A GEM!!! SHE WAS NOT ONLY INFORMATIVE,BUT, SO VERY PATIENT WITH ME SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING SHE WAS DOING TO ME OH DID I MENTION I AM A 57 YR OLD BIG BABY !!!! L.O.L. I HATE ANY BODY MESSING WITH MY EYES WELL SHE HAD AS THEY SAY A GREAT BED SIDE MANNER ALL I COULD SAY IS SHE WAS AWESOME!!!!OK NOW ALL THE PREP WORK IS DONE & IN WALKS DR.CAMPBELL WITH A WARM SMILE & A FIRM HAND SHAKE HE WAS VERY GENTLE & KIND AFTER HIS EXAMINE HE DETERMINED THAT I CARRIED THE FAMILY GENE OF NARROW ANGLE GLAUCOMA & HE PERFORMED THE LASER PROCEDURE ON MY LEFT EYE I GO BACK NEXT WEEK FOR THE OTHER EYE TO BE DONE.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. CAMPBELL HE NOT ONLY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY EYE BUT HE HAS AN AWESOME GENTLE PERSONALITY!!! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE PS I FORGOT TO MENTION PREM HE IS THE REASON I DECIDED TO COME TO DR CAMPBELL HE DID A PHONE CONSULT & EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME & I ASK LOADS OF QUESTIONS & HE WAS SO INFORMATIVE, PATIENT & SWEET. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
