Dr O'Connell is very caring and takes as much time with her patients as necessary. I highly recommend her.
I think the only reason there are 4 1/2 stars is because the website changed it. I put 5 stars, went and took the survey, and it changed back to 4 1/2 stars automatically. I had to click 5 stars a second time.
