My family has gone to Cindy for years. Loved her but Randy(husband) works front desk is awful. He has terrible customer service skills and is rude. I finally had my fill and mentioned this to Cindy and she went off the deep en. I always wondered how they stayed married but after seeing her not so nice side I figured it out. We have found another dentist and all the staff is very professional.

They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would definitely hesitate due to the fact that my experience was sub-par. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. When I heard from a few other dentists to avoid Kempton Cindy DDS I knew that I should steer clear. They didn't have a good reputation at all with all the other dentists I've talked to. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
