Very unhappy with the fairly recent change in Dr. Passwater's patient care. My family had been with her since she opened and recently every appt made there has resulted in a last minute phone call by the staff to either cancel or reschedule. I mean LAST minute. The last straw was when my 15 yr old needed a root canal and when I called to express concern that she get enough sedation the Dr. referred us out to a specialist. This was done 3 hrs before her scheduled appt with Dr. Passwaters and she had had weeks to decide this. ( We ended up seeing Belmar Endodontist, Dr McKee and he is absolutely phenomenal). Our records/x-rays had been requested by the specialist and surprise! they weren't there 2 weeks later for our appt. I'm just done with that practice.
