They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Dr. Christensen is AWESOME! His staff is very friendly! My boys now love going to the dentist!
