I received completely wrong information about my coverage. First call to this dentist office was to check if they receive PPO and got answer yes but have to check with Tonya and I was told she will call me back next day. She did not call for a week, so I called to their office and talked to Tonya. She made sure they receive PPO Delta Dental. I was happy with my first visit because I received a great service from dental technician or hygienist.
After the first visit I talked to Tonya to get an estimate for my dental services but she said she can't provide until she hear from my Insurance Co. But now the Insurance company sent me an unexpected bill explaining the provider was not PPO. Hope they will reimburse this bill for not being honest for customers.
