The water they used to rinse my teeth during my cleaning was way too hot. It burned my mouth. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
