Dr. Williams and her ARNP I had no problems with. But when it came to her staff (ie the nurses, the billing department, and pretty much everyone else in the building) it's a different story. First of all, these nurses act like they did not want to be there. They don't say, hello or smile upon first meet. They are not kid friendly. My daughter would ask simple questions like ,"what is your name" and the nurse who was taking care of her answered her,"I'm the nurse." She acted as if she was being bothered and after they gave immunization shots they don't even take the time to console the child or at least check on the child. They pretty much come in do what they have to and leave to sit down in the back. The billing department is simply greed and I'll end it there.

i think this is the worst of the worst doctors in port charlotte fl she is no good very puchy doest listen when u talk to her .she doesnt know what the helll she is doing.she is a lier and she shouldnt be in the medical field .i dont recomend this doctor.she is the worst.its worth the travel to sarasota but if not holganza is the greatest.
