I love Dr. Reck and would never go anywhere else. I had an issue with my wisdom teeth extraction (which had to be done by another surgeon due to my insurance restrictions). I had a very bad experience including the intern trying to pack my teeth while the stitches were in place. I was in so much pain I nearly passed out. I was terrified to go back so I called Diane Reck instead and she got me right in, examined the extraction and gently removed the packing and stitches. She was such a comfort and took the time to explain everything to me even though she didn't/doesn't perform wisdom teeth surgeries. In addition, Dr. Reck's staff,Trish, Beverly and Tonya, are awesome! My family will happily remain loyal to her practice.

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. My kids love this dentist as well. We've been patients since 2002. They are professional and polite. They handle all insurance documents with ease.
