The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. What really made me nervous was how old and dangerous their equipment was! It can't possible be compliant with any health codes! I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
