Until 12/2008 I had the same dentist for 12 years. When I found a new dentist last year, his treatment plans were very similar to my old dentist and he was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately due to new insurance this year, I had to change again. According to Bright Now, in just a matter of 8 months I needed $3600 dollars work of done even though I had no complaints and just wanted to get my teeth cleaned.

I was so shocked, I called my previous dentist and made an immediate appointment. I paid (since insurance wouldn't cover the visit). They assured me that they could find no indication that I needed all of this work.

I will change my insurance next year to make sure I can stay with a dentist that I can trust.

These people only care about making money. They don't care about you, your situation or desire for your own oral health. They degrade you for not having perfect teeth and for having any sort of an emergency situation. They care more about procedures than patients and are completely unskilled in emergency situations. They would rather prescribe drugs than be bothered with solutions. They also waaay over charge you even if you have insurance. They state that certain procedures are the Dentists preference, because he knows better than you, and bills for services uncovered by your insurance because it's the way they practice.

Unskilled, Uncaring, In-compassionate.

I left there, untreated and 30$ in the hole. For nothing! And .. it cost my my WHOLE day on top of it all. I am still in pain, can't eat and now have to find a new dentist!

Thanks for the GREAT service folks! NOT!
