Rieche is one of the few Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists in the Fort Myers area. In my experience, he seems perfectly content writing a prescription for any ailment. Sad? Take an antidepressant. Can't pay attention? Take Adderall. Migraines? Take depakote. He doesn't seem to have any interest in solving the underlying issues. Seek help elsewhere.
