I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
