They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. When I told them I was uncomfortable with my child getting certain vaccinations, they were very understanding, and thoroughly explained to me why every vaccination was important. I appreciated how considerate they were, and I was a lot more comfortable with my child getting those vaccinations after talking with them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
