After a Residency in Ophthalmology at the Scheie Eye Institute, University of Pennsylvania, Dr Mulaney completed his fellowship in Glaucoma at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami. He has written numerous papers in Ophthalmology journals and a chapter in a textbook on glaucoma. Dr Mulaney has been Clinical Asst. Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of South Florida in Tampa and in 2003-2004 was President of the Medical Staff at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. In 2005, he served as Preisident of the Polk County Medical Association. Dr Mulaney has won several awards including multiple nominations to the Best Ophthalmologists in America. He has been in private practice in Lakeland, Florida for 22 years and specializes in cataract surgery and glaucoma.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mulaney for several years and have been extremely pleased with the service I have received. This involves annual exams, as well as both cataract surgeries.

My visit with Dr. Mulaney is always pleasant. The office is clean and spacious. Dr. Mulaney and his staff are very professional. I always get my questions answered and Dr. Mulaney patiently explained my condition to me. I get complete eye care there and the surgery is performed in the same building.
