Almost as soon as I walked out the door, my fillings and crowns started to pop off. I could tell they didn't take their time putting them on and I was furious. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer
My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited.

BEWARE! DO NOT RISK COMING HERE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

When I called to make an appointment the benefits coordinator basically lied to me about the amount of coverage my insurance would provide. It seemed like false advertizing to get customers in...When I received a bill after she told me there would not be any additional charge to me, I called back to find out what had happened. She was immediately defensive and responded with some convoluted story that she, "told me what the insurance "might" cover". Ha! Really?!? Is that how your business works Robert J Denny? You hire a Benefits Coordinator to tell people what their insurance "might" cover to get them in the door? As an HR Director I know insurance companies make it very clear what the boundaries of their coverage are...so your Benefits Coordinator is full of bologna. I only got a teeth cleaning, but I hope you have your patient’s best interest in mind and can give them more assurance than how their dental work "might" turn out.
