I scheduled and later canceled my appointment with Dr. Bartholomew Natoli's office, however, I was never taken off of the schedule and was mailed a $75 no-show fee. This was a referral from another doctor and when insurance couldn't be verified as a provider, I simply canceled the appointment. This was all done over the phone, because the practice doesn't have an email address or a website. I've called multiple times to fix this issue, only to be treated rude and experienced continued strong arm tactics to get me to pay this invalid fee. I was recently informed by a terribly mean/rude staff member, that I should've mailed a hand-written letter to cancel my appointment and any and all concerns regarding my no-show fee are to be handled the same way, via U.S. mail. This is scam behavior on their end and it should be noted publicly, to prevent future financial harm by this practice

I've reported this office to my insurance provider (United Healthcare) and was advised to file a report with the department of health as well.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
