They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while .. Over one hour. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it wasn't. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful toward patients in general. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that the doctor took two personal calls right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. I waited 90 minutes past my apptmt time to see the doctor...this unfortunately is the norm rather than the exception and there are no apologies or explanations when this happens. My phone call for prescription renewal was never acknowledged so I finally just made an apptmt. And it took all afternoon to get in and out. I am changing doctors.
