Almost every time I bring my child in, they say that they have to run a ton of tests that are very pricey. Sometimes, my child just has a cough, and doesn't need all those expensive tests. It's very annoying. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
