Their staff wasn't understanding or helpful at all. It seemed like they were going out of their way to ignore me. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I honestly felt like an annoyance to them. It seemed like they wanted me to leave as soon as I got there. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I really appreciated that they gave me completely unbiased advice. I could tell that my health and safety was their top priority.
