Beware of this office BAD BAD BAD BAD

I went to that dentist with the purpose for teeth cleaning. The office assistant told me many of my teeth have cavity by observing some discolored marks on my teeth.She even recommended me to take out 4 of the wisdom teeth but I insisted no.Then the dentist entered. I thought he was just observing my teeth, but he injected some anesthesia and performed the filling process right after without informing me any information or having me sign any paper. I didn't feel any pain, so I thought he was just cleaning my teeth (I had only went to the dentist twice in my life) I went to rinse my mouth and noticed that 7 bottom teeth had been done filling (not all have discolored marks). My teeth hurt and I feel horrible that I can barely eat, and my bite doesn't match. We went to the office to request a copy of my personal dental record but they denied. According to CA Dental Board the patient has the right to have a copied. And I'm a minor but they didn't get my parents permission. DON'T GO THERE!
