I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Dr. Kongsiri is the Best and most caring dermatologist I have ever been to. She took her time and was very thorough in her evaluation of me. I have recommended her to 4 of my friends who all had the same positive experience.

Although Dr. Kongsiri is quite good, her office staff is the worse. Expect unreturned calls, excuse upon excuse, and general road blocks to contacting the doctor. Then to top it off, the office manager will brag at having 25 years experience. PS: do not try to use the web site to contact the doctor, it does not work, either.
