I've been going to Dr. Fig for approximately 4 years and 80% of the time it is like pulling teeth to get an appointment made. I was in a car accident and When I made the appointment the person did not tell me that I needed to authorize the ER report before the doctor could see me. After I waitied 45 minutes they finally told me that the doctor couldn't see me today because they didn't have the results from the ER visit. I of course because 'difficult' after waiting 45 minutes only to be told that I would have to come back. I left the office with the understanding that they were getting the test results from the hospital and would reschedule. Well they just called me and they told me that they will not see me for the accident and that I should not ever come back to the office. The front office staff is rude, difficult, and incompetent. Rather than the doctor wondering why patients are being difficult he simply backs up his staff and 'divorces' you.
Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
