He misread the results of my lung CT scan, saying they were normal when another doctor had said that my lungs showed signs of emphysema throughout. After the CT scan he then waited three months before having me do a breath test on which I scored 69 (which he didn't inform me about) which is indicative of level 2 or "moderate" emphysema. At this point he admitted that I have "mild" emphysema when, in fact, that score is considered "moderate" (level 2). He prescribed an inhaler dosage 1/4 of the standard recommendation for my condition. (Another doctor later upped it from one to four "puffs" daily.) After another CT scan he was going to wait 2 months for a follow-up appointment but I had it moved up since I wanted to find out the test results sooner than 2 months later. etc. etc.
