They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I had a very complicated rash that appeared to be "urticaria" as I was generalized by other Dr's even though the appearance did not fit along with other auto-immune diseases that each of the Dr's would go back and forth and disagree on - but would use me to carry the news instead of working together and conferencing one another on my case. Every Dr. in Tampa including Immunologist, Rhumatologist, Endocrinologist were sending me to each other and had me trying different drugs all which did not fit the symptoms or description of what was going on. After each Dr in each field would give up they would send me to another in their field to go through the same thing - except I would have to begin all over again. I was basically a human lab rat; the medications were not helping and my condition was worsening and was very complicated and VERY PAINFUL which lasted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for close to one year. Even the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville missed the correct diagnosis. Dr Fenske through his experience, his practice, education and determination saw this condition through to the end (never referring me to another Dermatologist because he gave up) doing the biopsies even when it felt like to me there was little hope. Finally the diagnosis and pathology lab confirmation returned on the fourth biopsy that it was Vasculitis which Dr Fenske knew all along however he needed the biopsy confirmation. Dr. Fenske never gave up on me. If it wasnt for Dr. Fenske and his excellence as a Dr. I would have never received the correct diagnosis, therefore, leading me to receiving the correct medication for my condition. Once the biopsy returned confirming Vasculitis and the correct medication regimen began the PAINFUL, SUFFERING concluded within 2 weeks. Even though I will have to remain on this medication all my life not to have a relapse I do not suffer every moment - every day with welts head to toe like fire from the inside of my body out. I owe everything to Dr Fenske, it is a rare find to have a Dr that will keep digging especially in the days of 15 min appointments and when it is too easy to refer you out when they dont know the answer or the answer is no longer easy or "textbook". I could not imagine what my life would be like today if not for Dr. Fenske he truly ended my suffering.

After a recent cosmetic procedure I met with Dr. Fenske because I was not happy with the results.Instead of talking with me about the treatment vs. results, he started telling me that he was not going to refund my money.I had not asked for my money to be refunded.I was showing him literature for the laser that he used, and in the literature it showed that it removes wrinkles around the eyes. He told me (after the fact) that I had "dynamic wrinkles" and that this laser would not work for the wrinkles I have. Of course, prior to my spending $3000.00 on the laser treatment, he told me it would work beautifully and he loved working with young skin.In the post treatment follow-up, he agreed to a deal for re-treatment and told me to call his office. After I called he recanted his deal. He just wanted me out of his office. I found Dr. Fenske unethical, not professional and I was shocked at his abrasive manner. The only thing he would offer me was to spend more money on new treatments or other procedures. Very disturbing for someone who has such a high reputation in this community.
