I felt like I was in/out without any real "personal" care. The front desk was having their team meeting when I arrived and the person leading the meeting didn't stop to turn around and greet me, she just kinda looked over her shoulder and kept talking. I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time before I got taken to exam room (even though I got there 5 minutes early and had already completed my paperwork online).... The medical assistant wasn't very warm either, just asking if I had been there before and if I had any issues to discuss (no "good morning", "good bye", "how are you", etc.). Dr. Jones came in, greeted me briefly and then got right down to business. He wasn't rude just not very warm. He did ask if I had any questions but he didn't ask me any either.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
