Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Every time I call, even if it's with a simple question, they always make me schedule an appointment. It's very frustrating having to drive all the way down there all the time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
