Let me just start by saying they took way too long to see my kids, then once inside I saw the two doctors sitting in there little office cracking jokes with each other while both my kids are on chairs waiting over 15 minutes. The doctor then comes out, spends one minute checking my sons teeth and tells me he has two cavities and gingivitis then went to check my daughter and told me she has 8 cavities (just by looking at her X-rays!). Then another lady comes and says it would cost 700.00 and 600.00 out of pocket for the kids. First off my kids last dental visit less than a year ago checked out fine at the other dentist. The nurse says to me after my surprise in cost that my HMO covers the fillings for free, but they recommend the $1300.00 of work to help prevent future cavities. It seems like the doctors are paid by the hour and don't care. The 10+ assistants working there act like they are working for commission from the tons of unnecessary procedures and products they are trying to push. They ended up over charging me and insisted on giving me a credit instead of a refund. I will be looking for another dentist for my family. This place is ripping people off.

I went in for a simple cleaning, they took WAY more x-rays than necessary and kept making mistakes, told me I have 5-7 cavities which I got a second and third opinion on (both second and third opinions said I have NO cavities or traces of cavities), and took approximately three hours to complete the cleaning. I had five or six different people come in and work on me at different times, none were knowledgeable of the dental field and they were very rough. If I had trusted them I would have seven silver fillings which were completely unneeded and damaging. I could go on and on, absolutely crooked and horrible!!!
