I called the office today to make an appointment as a new patient. She was highly recommended by friends. This was my second call, as nobody returned my first call. After speaking to someone in the office on the phone for a few minutes she said “I have spent far too much time on this call,” and hung up.
I called back, and asked to speak to the office manager. The person I spoke to put me on hold, and never came back on the phone. After holding for 15 minutes, I hung up. How do you get to see a doctor when the office staff is so rude?
