I felt that she was very clueless and rude. My son was constipated and didn't poop for 3 days and all she did was push his stomach and said if its soft he is ok. My son also has plagiocephaly and when I asked about his head she said it was even when it obviously wasnt. Later on I confronted her about it and she said she doesnt believe in wearing the helmets and hung up on me on the phone.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, Their staff is very friendly and professional. They took good care of me and my little angel.e. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
