This dentist caused my son great emotional trauma. He needed to have a tooth pulled and although he is a brave quiet 10 yr old boy they would not allow me to be in the room. I heard my son screaming in pain for 10 minutes and I was horrified. His tooth had broken and they kept on pulling pieces without making sure he was numb. He felt it all and was emotionally abused and scarred for life..this dentist should be out of biz.
