I HAD SEEN DR ADLER WHEN I WAS IN MY EARLY TWENTIES. SO WHEN I FOUND OUT I WAS EXPECTING IN MY LATE TWENTIES I KNEW I WANTED TO SEE HIM. UNFORTUNATELY HE AND HIS OFFICE STAFF WERE NOT THE SAME.

I HAD SOME COMPLICATIONS BEFOR MY APPOINTMENT AND I WAS TOLD THEY WERE BOOKED AND AT MY STAGE IN MY PREGNANCY THERE WOULD BE NOTHING THEY COULD DO. SO AFTER ANOTHER LONG WEEEK I HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR AND A HALF IN THE WAITING ROOM THEN ANOTHER 15MINS IN THE ROOM.

THE GIRLS AT THE DESK TOTALLY IGNORED US AND NEVER TOLD ME THAT MY INSURANCE WASN'T GOING TO COVER MOST THE VISIT AFTER I HAD GIVEN THEM THE INFO OVER THE PHONE AND I WAS TOLD THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE. AFTER THE SECOND VISIT AND HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR WE DECIDED TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
