I wish the office's manager makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Although the office's manager is not very welcoming and disrespectfull, Dr. Allongo always listen to every question or concern I may have. However, I have to recognize that they are prepared for my appointment and remember almost everything about me. Every time I come here the front office staff always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Alex, in the reception is so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, and she make us feel welcoming when we check in. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Unforutnate, is very hard to get on hold of this office when I need to schedule an appointment or other doctor's offices call on my behalf. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.
