Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
