They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.

If it's after hours, and I want to leave a message for them to contact me when they're available, there is no way. On a couple of occasions, after I'd spoken to staff about a concern, I didn't get a return call for quite some time. I had to initiate another contact a couple days later. But they've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me, I think the Dr's are extremely competent, I have family members and friends who patronize this practice, too.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
