This is a new doctor for me. Went today for a follow-up. I asked my questions and Dr Marks listened to me and answered my questions. When I inquired about a problem other than what I went in for, he told me what could be one of the causes but because of my concern, he said he will get me a referral to an Ears/nose/throat doctor. Within 20 minutes of getting home the office called with the referral doctors name and phone number.
Outstanding customer service.They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
