one start is still not low enough. When you call the main line, they never answer. You get transferred to the lines in Pembroke Pines. When they finally answer, I get TUDE . I'm the real MVP because against my better judgment I still go. Waited in the waiting room forever. Finally, get to the room with the “DOCTOR” and I use that term VERY loosely. He asked me, “What brings you here?” I told him “I get headaches and my…” he cuts me off – (OH, I’m sorry, did the beginning of your sentence interrupt the middle of mine?) Any who-I go on to tell him my throat was currently hurting he looks at my throat- does nothing about. On the way back he tells me to come back in one month- HA! After I leave I got to my OBG-YN appointment, less than one hour my OBGYN doctor looks in the back of my throat and tells me have I gone to see a ENT? Yes, I just came from the ENT. He tells me he needs to take cultures from the back of my throat and if he doesn’t find a new ENT. When I call the office I speak a Coopers “assistant” who was… let’s just say less than helpful. Telling me things like “he is the best ENT in all of Weston.” I did not tell her what I thought about her opinions, BECAUSE I have my own thought about this guy Cooper. I almost forgot to say he recommended a doctor named Stinger- who well you look him up. I DO NOT recommend this guy to anyone.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They demanded my ssn number, when I said I did not want to disclose it they dismissed me and said they refuse to see me. They would not return the paperwork containing my personnel information. Spoke to Michelle she was no help said without the ssn they could not reposses anything if bill not paid. Patty at corp office no satisfication with her either. They do not listen, fowarded complaint to Aetna....
