I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
