The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician with no hesitation. The staff are a pleasure and are fantastic with my kids. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. If any of my children are sick and need to come in, they are always accomodating and make the effort not to turn them away. Their full attention is always on my children and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places and my preference is this office.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
