I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
